• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impacts.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory management.
• Utilize advanced forecasting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP to create detailed and actionable demand plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy and customer service levels.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of demand forecasts based on real-time data and market conditions.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to demand planning and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
