📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop a team of data architects and engineers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data architecture.
• Present data architecture proposals to senior management and advocate for data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and design.
• Proven track record of leading data transformation projects in a global enterprise.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP, CDA) are a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
