📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and Revit
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project feasibility
- Review and approve construction plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues
- Maintain and update project documentation
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and estimating for construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
