📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire return process, from initial request to final resolution
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure efficient return handling
• Process refunds and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all return transactions using our in-house system
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Monitor and analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and best practices
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all return activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of logistics and reverse logistics processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
