📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide 24-hour care, including feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Plan and implement daily educational activities and play-based learning experiences.
• Monitor and support the child's developmental milestones, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
• Assist with homework and educational support as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the child.
• Collaborate with the family to ensure the child's needs are met.
• Participate in family activities and outings to enrich the child's experiences.
• Document and report on the child's progress and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar).
• Experience with play-based learning and educational activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for early childhood development and a nurturing approach to care.
• Willingness to live-in with the family and provide 24-hour care.
