📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting various analytical tests using advanced laboratory equipment, including but not limited to, ICP-OES, XRF, and SEM.
• Ensuring the accuracy and precision of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.
• Collaborating with the production team to provide critical data and insights that help optimize our processes and improve our products.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and accurately.
• Documenting and reporting test results and findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our laboratory operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the metal smelting industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation, including ICP-OES, XRF, and SEM.
• Proven ability to work accurately and precisely under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
