📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts receivable, including tracking and pursuing overdue payments.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve payment processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and improve cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
