In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide L2/L3 IT support for aviation systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assist clients with technical queries and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
- Document and track incidents using ServiceNow and Jira
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Participate in on-call support and respond to client requests promptly
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Assist in the development and implementation of ITIL processes
- Provide Mandarin language support to clients and internal teams
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Basic knowledge of aviation systems and IT infrastructure
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fresh graduates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
