📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct credit assessments and verify customer information to determine loan eligibility.
- Process and approve loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage and update customer credit files, including loan agreements and payment history.
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure accurate and efficient SPA processing.
- Monitor credit limits and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and improve processes.
- Generate reports and analyze credit data to identify trends and support decision-making.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit administration, loan processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with property sales and SPA processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System (CBS) or similar tools.
