📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to streamline HR operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive cultural initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR initiatives.
• Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural and international environment.
