📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess training needs for commercial teams in West Java.
• Design and develop impactful learning programs using tools like Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or sales training.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
