📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and Revit
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project feasibility
• Review and approve construction plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues
• Maintain and update project documentation
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and estimating for construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
