📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models align with design and construction requirements.
• Develop detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and clash detection reports.
• Conduct model coordination and clash detection to resolve conflicts between various disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews and construction meetings to provide technical input and ensure model accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry standards, software updates, and best practices in BIM modeling.
• Provide technical support to junior team members and assist in training new hires.
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards and processes within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Certification in BIM or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
