📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support HR processes including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and HR teams.
• Conduct data analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or HR administration.
• Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
