📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the setup and maintenance of the store layout to ensure optimal customer flow and visibility of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Perform daily store checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for sales events and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
