📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
