📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.,Identify, record, and document software defects.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure defects are resolved effectively.,Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.,Conduct performance testing to evaluate the software's responsiveness and stability under various conditions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.,Mentor and train junior QA engineers in best practices and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.,Proven experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.,Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
