📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and create high-quality graphic materials for marketing campaigns, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the company's visual identity.,Develop and maintain a design portfolio to showcase your work and demonstrate your skills and expertise.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve your craft.,Assist junior designers with their projects and provide guidance and mentorship.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.,Ensure all designs meet the required specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard design software.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
