📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer service.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of the tea industry and market trends is an advantage.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
