📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our customers.,Monitor sales and profits, and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and relevant software programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
