Nusantara Telecom is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on network equipment and systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network infrastructure.,Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.,Install and configure new network equipment as needed.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless network operations.,Document all maintenance activities and technical issues for future reference.,Provide technical support to end-users when necessary.,Participate in on-call duties to address urgent network issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in network maintenance and troubleshooting.,Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.,Familiarity with common network equipment and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
