📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential hires.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
