In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet production and operational needs.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian market and business culture.
