📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement and delivery schedules.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and data analysis.,Support the team in implementing and maintaining operational procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Conduct regular checks on operational equipment and facilities.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
