📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written).,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
