📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle and direct customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.,Lead and supervise the receptionist team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing new receptionist staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with receptionist software and systems is a plus.
