QUARK Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.,Provide guidance and support to audit teams to ensure high-quality work.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, departments, and external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
