In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve monthly targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management,Train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge,Participate in trade shows and other sales events to promote our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or retail industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong leadership and team management skills,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
