📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Implement and maintain effective customer service standards.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges within the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
