📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth and revenue targets for assigned accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery to clients.,Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
