ORBIT Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Cilegon. You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. If you have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, and are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment field, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment goals and targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other common HR software.,Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
