📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Manage accounts payable, including payment processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documentation.
• Participate in audits and reviews as required.
• Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
