📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development programs, including training and coaching initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Create and maintain employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and career development.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and employee engagement.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
