📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently and politely.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and manage guest communications.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing.,Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
