📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the kitchen for daily operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental guidelines.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and sanitized before and after operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen cleaning tools and equipment.
