📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store adheres to company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Assistant Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory audits and stock replenishment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel occasionally for store visits and meetings.
