📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including customer service, transaction processing, and compliance with banking regulations.
• Manage a team of 5-7 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure that branch targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in regional meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the bank.
• Represent the bank at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in banking operations or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System, CRM, and reporting tools.
