Prime System Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including budgetary reports, variance analyses, and financial projections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various business units as needed.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.
