📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to the company's management and external stakeholders.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary updates.,Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure the continued growth and development of the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
