Salon Jaya Bakso is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective replenishment strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide policies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
