Hokian Hendra Store is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide our customers with the highest quality of service and food. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere in the world.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to our high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our business goals.,Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for the restaurant.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using technology and software for restaurant management.,A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
