Bengkel Indra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall growth and development of our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and manage payroll processes.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR manager in policy development and implementation.,Assist in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
