Project Manager - New Preschool Set-up

SKY Preschool is excited to invite applications for the position of Project Manager for our new preschool set-up in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of a state-of-the-art preschool campus, from initial planning to final handover. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life. Your daily tasks will include coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. With a successful track record in project management, particularly in the education sector, you will bring a wealth of experience to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the new preschool campus project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction meet project requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure the campus meets all safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Handle client communications and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan for the smooth transition of the new campus.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or construction sector.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
