📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure they are within the allocated limits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
