📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in HR software and tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
