📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain high-quality, safe, and delicious food for our guests.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other culinary team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Use our kitchen management software to track inventory and manage orders efficiently.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our culinary processes.
• Ensure that our kitchen meets health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Proven experience in managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as MICROS or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
