📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high standards of service.,Manage inventory and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
