📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Support the IT department in data backup and recovery processes.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.,Good command of Indonesian both written and spoken.
