📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging extracurricular activities for students aged 6-12, focusing on art, science, and technology.
• Create and implement lesson plans that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Supervise and mentor students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with the AME team to develop and enhance our extracurricular programs.
• Utilize various teaching tools and software, such as Canva, Google Workspace, and educational apps, to enrich the learning experience.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest pedagogical techniques and industry trends.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and activities to promote student engagement and participation.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or instructing, preferably in an extracurricular or creative development setting.
• Certification in teaching or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of art, science, and technology principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
